PURCHASE   INFORMATION

 

We accept VISA or MASTERCARD through PayPal.
Registration with the PayPal service is free at www.paypal.com.

For PayPal Credit Card payments, click on the “PURCHASE” button on the item’s page.
A Paypal processing fee of 3% will be included in charge.

Money orders, cashier’s checks or personal checks should be made
payable to Windsor-Smith Studio, and mailed to:

Shipments for money orders, cashier’s checks, or PayPal orders
are generally within 5 days of receipt. A personal check guarantees an item will be reserved
for the purchaser during bank processing, and shipped within 10 business days following bank clearance.

Print orders please add $20 to cover Insured Priority U.S. Mail within the U.S.
Original art orders please add $35 to cover Registered, Insured U.S. Mail shipping within the U.S.

For international print and original art orders, contact us for shipping rates and information.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and/or import taxes
based on the declared value of the parcel. These duties and taxes are due from the recipient upon delivery,
and are determined by the laws and policies of the recipient’s country.

International customers are responsible for paying any and all duties and taxes on their order.
Windsor-Smith Studio is not able to advise customers of the amount of duties or taxes.
Shipments are declared for full value for insurance purposes.
Windsor-Smith Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to any shipment not insured for full value.
